5. Retention Period of Personal Data
Personal data is stored for a period no longer than necessary for the purpose of their processing.
After the individual ceases to be a user of the Platform, their personal data is automatically deleted.

A user has the right to obtain any information about themselves from any entity involved in relations related to personal data, provided they specify their full name, residence (place of stay), and details of the document identifying the individual making the request, except as established by law.
The user's access to their own data is provided free of charge.
The deferral of a user's access to their personal data is not permitted.
Deferral of access to the personal data of third parties is allowed if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of the request. In this case, the total period for resolving issues raised in the request should not exceed forty-five calendar days.
Notification of a deferral is communicated to the attention of the third party who submitted the request, in writing, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.
